What's the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping in the US on all orders over $49. On average all order shipping costs are $4.50 to any state in the US. International shipping costs may vary.

When will I receive my products?

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center within 2–5 business days, with delivery typically taking an additional 1–5 business days. In most cases, an order placed on Monday will arrive by Friday of the same week.

During peak periods, such as holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. We’re a small team and always strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible—thank you for your patience and understanding.

What's your refund policy?

If your order arrives damaged, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy in the website footer for full details.

If you cancel a non-subscription order before it is confirmed for shipment, you will receive a full refund.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations must occur before the product is confirmed and preparing to be shipped out. The order cannot be cancelled after you get an email with a tracking number. Refer to shipping and refund policy on footer.

Where are the products manufactured?

Most of our products are manufactured in the USA, with ingredients sourced globally to ensure quality and consistency. All suppliers follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards, and you can verify the country of origin for each product in the description section of the product catalog.

Can I track my order?

Once your purchase is complete and your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping, with rates varying based on your destination. Please note that any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.

Subscribe for monthly deliveries to receive your products on time, avoid running out, and enjoy better pricing.

How can I manage my subscription?

Subscription management information will also be emailed to you upon first purchase.

What is your subscription cancellation policy?

You may cancel your subscription at any time, except within the one-day processing window. If cancellation is not completed before this period, your payment method will be charged, and the subscription will remain active until the next billing cycle, at which point it will be cancelled.
